Payment

To secure your booking, I require a 50% deposit of the chosen package. This deposit is non-refundable and locks in my availability for your project. The remaining balance is due when the final images are delivered, and you can pay via link(s) provided on your custom quote or invoice.

Licensing Included

Each package includes comprehensive usage, so you can use the images however you want, with no restrictions on where or how they're used. You have the freedom to showcase your spaces any way you choose, without worrying about extra fees or limitations. The only catch is that you can’t share or distribute the photos with anyone who hasn't gotten a license from me.

Retouching Included

All packages include basic retouching to make your photos look even better. This covers merging multiple frames for more dynamic, eye-catching images with extra depth and detail, adjusting colors for a natural and true-to-life look, and cleaning up things like light switches, power outlets, cords, clutter, dust, stains, and any other little distractions on walls, floors, or furniture.

Travel

I’m based in Los Angeles but I also make regular trips to Honolulu, Hawaii. For jobs outside of LA, there’s a travel fee of 67 cents per mile added to the total cost. For further locations, travel expenses will depend on the details, like location, duration, and logistics. Feel free to reach out for a personalized quote! Travel costs like flights, accommodation, and meals will be billed separately. (For Hawaii projects, just ask when I’ll be there next!)

* Additional Photos

With flat-rate pricing, you won’t have to worry about any surprise costs. If you need more photos than what’s included in your package, no problem. I offer extra photos for a set price of $125 each. I understand the importance of sticking to your budget, so I can customize my photography services to work with any budget, big or small.
